Honey Butter

□ 2 STICKS SALTED BUTTER (SOFTENED)

□ 1/2 CUP POWDERED SUGAR

□ 3TBS HONEY

□ 1/2 tsp CINNAMON

□ 1/4 tsp SALT

DIRECTIONS

  1. Add all of your ingredients to a stand mixer or use a hand mixer and bowl. Be sure that your butter has been on the counter for at least 1 hour. You want it soft but not microwaved. The microwave will separate the fat, and your whipped butter will not have the right consistency.

  2. Whip the mixture for roughly 1 minute or until all of the ingredients are incorporated and the butter becomes light and fluffy.

  3. Serve with fresh bread!

  4. Store in an airtight container.
